Workshop Details...
Through a combination of full on training, energy work meditations for activating inner vibrational frequency shifts, group led exercises and discussions, powerful out-of-body and astral projection practice sessions, and a tried and tested, mind bending sleep interruption routine, there will be a VERY high probability that some participants will successfully achieve a life changing conscious out-of-body experience over the course of the workshop, while others will take home with them all the necessary knowledge and skills needed to have their first conscious out-of-body experience within days of leaving the workshop.
Workshop Schedule...
Kicking the weekend workshop off to a flying start on Friday evening with a fireside talk - the workshop facilitator will lead the group in a transformational talk that will take your understanding of the multidimensional Universe, the 'Earth-Life-System' and the 'Human Experience' to the leading edge of what's been discovered by modern pioneers in the field of out-of-body exploration (be prepared to walk away from this deep discussion forever changed).
Friday evening will then conclude with a no holds barred Q&A session in a magical round house, followed by a guided meditation designed to take you on a journey of discovery - a profound journey to the very core of your spiritual being. You'll then promptly go to bed at 11pm before being woken up at 5am Saturday morning to learn a tried and tested, mind bending out-of-body sleep interruption routine. You'll then return to bed to do a free flow out-of-body practice session, before returning to sleep.
The weekend workshop will then shift up another gear on Saturday with a full day of intensive out-of-body and astral projection training, where you'll learn the very best techniques available, including some cutting edge methods taught exclusively at this workshop (as an added extra - you'll also learn some simple and easy lucid dreaming techniques, because lucid dreams are the perfect launch pad for inducing out-of-body experiences).
You'll then spend the remaining part of the weekend immersed in a challenging, fast paced schedule that includes, energy work meditations, group led exercises and discussions, meal breaks, a 6-hour sleep period, and a sleep interruption routine that incorporates 3 out-of-body and astral projection practice sessions (90-minutes each), where you'll use the techniques learned in training to induce conscious out-of-body experiences.
At the end of the structured workshop schedule, a workshop debriefing will take place for discussing experiences and ideas for carrying the momentum of the workshop forward into your daily life.
